Guidelines for Oral Presentations
The duration of all general oral presentations is 15 minutes, inclusive of a question and answer session.
The duration of symposium presentations are scheduled for 15 minutes or 30 minutes (where assigned by symposium organisers), inclusive of a question and answer session.
The duration of plenary lectures are scheduled for 40 minutes, inclusive of a question and answer session.

Presenters are required to use the PC computer provided during the presentation.
Presentation file format must be in PPT or PDF (preferred format for Macintosh computer generated files).
Please bring your files to the conference in a USB drive and upload them with the staff at the Registration Desk in room 203 of the conference venue, at least two hours prior to your talk, or the day before.
Registration Desk will be open 16:00 – 18:00 on 26 May (Sunday), as well as from 08:30 every day from 27-30 May.

Guidelines for Poster Presentations
Printed poster size should be no larger than 120 cm (long) x 80 cm (wide).
The poster session is scheduled on 27 May (Monday), 16:00 – 18:00.
Presenters of posters with odd numbers or even numbers should be available at their posters from 16:00 to 17:00, and from 17:00-18:00, respectively, for Q&A.

Poster setup will commence from 27 May (Monday) 08:30. Presenters may find their assigned poster area according to the designated abstract code in the top corner of the program book. All posters should be mounted before 16:00 on that day.
Posters should be removed in the morning of 29 May (Wednesday) before 13:50. Any posters remaining on site thereafter will be kept in storage, and will be available for collection from the Registration Desk. Unclaimed posters will be discarded after 30 May (Thursday) 13:10.
